On March 25, 2024, West 4th Holdings, LCC was appointed Receiver-Manager for the assets and operations of BELLROCK BRANDS INC., a British Columbia corporation, BRB DB HOLDINGS, INC., a Delaware corporation, BRB MARY’S HOLDINGS CORP., a Delaware corporation, DIXIE BRANDS (USA) INC., a Delaware corporation, MARY’S OPERATIONS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, MARY’S PETS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, MARY’S NUTRITIONALS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, DB FINANCE NEVADA, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and DB OKLAHOMA, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, and their respective collateral and business. This website is maintained by West 4th Holdings, LLC in its capacity as Receiver.
The purpose of the site is solely to provide access to the Proofs of Claims filed in this matter to interested parties.
